Need Urgent Help or Support?

SilverCloud is not an emergency service. E-mails are usually checked Mon-Fri between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Please note that your supporter will not review this until you next review date. Contact emergency services in the event of an emergency or immediate risk, or attend minor injuries / emergency department in the case of self-harm that requires treatment:

NHS 111 NHS Direct if you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life threatening situation.
999 To contact emergency services for life threatening situations, such as when someone is seriously ill or injured or their life is at risk.

If you need help in a crisis, perhaps you are struggling to cope or having thoughts of self harm, tell a parent / guardian, a GP, a family member or trusted friend.
